Jabrix KB Executive Industries (“we,” “us,” “our”) specializes in custom, made-to-order sportswear manufacturing for B2B clients, including brands, distributors, team dealers, and wholesale buyers. Because our products are custom-manufactured to each client’s specifications, our refund policy differs from standard retail return policies. Please read the terms below carefully before placing an order.

H2: Custom Manufacturing Orders

All uniforms, apparel, and products manufactured by Jabrix KB Executive Industries are custom-made to order based on client-approved designs, specifications, fabrics, colors, and sizing.

Because of this:

• Custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun
• We do not accept returns on completed custom manufacturing orders unless the product is defective or does not match the approved specifications
• Design mockups, sample approvals, and spec sheets are considered final confirmation of order details prior to bulk production

H2: Sampling & Pre-Production Approval

Before bulk production begins, clients are provided with a design mockup and/or physical sample for approval. We strongly recommend clients thoroughly review all details — including colors, sizing, logos, and fabric — before approving production.

Once a sample or mockup is approved in writing, Jabrix KB Executive Industries is not responsible for discrepancies related to details that were confirmed at this stage.

H2: Order Deposits & Payments

• Bulk manufacturing orders typically require an upfront deposit to initiate production
• Deposits are non-refundable once production has started, as materials, labor, and machine time are allocated to the order
• Remaining balance terms will be outlined in your order agreement or invoice

H2: Defective or Incorrect Orders

We stand behind the quality of our manufacturing. If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, or does not match the client-approved specifications, please contact us within [X days] of delivery with:

• Order/invoice number
• Photos or video of the defect or discrepancy
• A description of the issue

Upon review, eligible claims may be resolved through:

• Repair or replacement of affected units
• Partial or full credit toward a future order
• Refund, at our discretion, for verified manufacturing defects

H2: Order Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled before production begins for a full refund minus any incurred design or sampling costs
• Orders cannot be canceled once bulk production has started
• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [email]

H2: Shipping Delays & Damages in Transit

Jabrix KB Executive Industries is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Damage occurring during transit should be reported to the carrier and to us within [X days] of delivery, with photo documentation, so we can assist with a claim.

H2: Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Buyer’s remorse or change of mind after production has started
• Errors in specifications that were confirmed during sample/mockup approval
• Normal variations in fabric, color, or sublimation inherent to custom manufacturing processes
• Delays caused by third-party shipping or customs
